Louise is the Principal of Louise Kelly Consulting. LKC makes businesses better through improved communication and interaction.

Through both training and non-training based solutions LKC will design a solution for your organisational needs and culture. These can include facilitating team meetings, delivering presentations and leading workshops.

Workshops available include strategic planning meetings, team building, and personality typing using MBTI®. Specialities include change facilitation, enhancing influencing skills, motivation and developing enhanced and effective face-to-face and written communication.

Louise is a fully qualified trainer and coach with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Training and Development. Louise has a solid background as an educator; corporate facilitator and organisational coach and brings enthusiasm and energy into facilitating workplace transformation. Louise’s passion is to help people realise their potential and this shines through in all of her interactions.
