Neuroleadership refers to the application of findings from neuroscience to the field of leadership. The term neuroleadership was first coined by David Rock. In simple terms it’s about learning how the brain works and applying it to becoming a better leader.

Being a leader is sometimes a lonely ride so the more you know about the science of human behaviour and  building and maintaining positive relationships with your team, the more enjoyable your journey will be and the more effective you will be in your leadership role.
