Paula Smith is obsessed with making an impact through quality training and presenting.

She has been actively involved in the training and presenting industry for over 30 years.  Dynamic, Infectious, Inspiring and Commercially Savvy are all words that have been used by her clients to describe Paula as an inspirational professional presenter, industry leader and business consultant/coach..

Paula brings with her to the GITP community an unstoppable force, an energetic spirit, solid expertise and rich life experience. Paula is passionate about developing purpose-driven presenters and leaders who are committed to sharing their expertise with others. She believes in making an impact not just delivering content. It’s the ripple effect of training that makes it so powerful.

Paula’s many roles as a successful business woman/entrepreneur have included Director of Australia’s largest personal development school, Franchisor, Hotel Owner, Training College Director, Professional Speaker, Author, Corporate Trainer and Business/Executive Consultant/Coach.

She is the author of 3 books; Speaking in the Shower, Powerful Presentation Principles and Sell Your Story, editor of IMPACT workforce development magazine  and is recognised as the leading authority on Presentation Intelligence ®. Paula, along with her advisory board of industry experts, developed the first Australian qualification in presenting several years ago and now the first qualification in Neuropresenting ®.

Paula was awarded the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) the highest global designation by the National Speakers Association, only a small percentage of professional speakers are awarded this designations world-wide. Paula also holds an BA in Training and Development, multiple post grads, a Master’s degree in Leadership and a PhD in organisational leadership.

Paula is also a proud mum of 3, wife of 1 and friend to a few more. She has been seen attempting the occasional triathlon and enjoys hanging out on her Perth Hills property with friends, family, the GITP leadership team and a whole bunch of adorable Alpacas.
